A Grounded Approach to Curse Unwinding
Throughout history and across cultures, individuals, families, and even entire communities have been shaped by curses, spells, and deeply embedded thought-forms, some intentionally cast, others unconsciously woven into the fabric of our lives. These unseen bindings can manifest as repeating struggles, limiting beliefs, unexplained hardships, or generational patterns that seem impossible to break.
This immersive workshop is designed to identify, unravel, and transform these energetic entanglements, whether they stem from past-life agreements, ancestral lineage, or the power of our own words and thoughts. By working directly with spirit allies and advanced energetic tools, we can clear these bindings, and restore vitality.
A Hands-On Approach
In ceremony, you will make a personalized rattle for diagnostic and curse-unraveling work. The rattle is a powerful tool used for diagnostic journeying, calling in spirit allies and curse unwinding. You will craft your own rattle, infusing it with intention and working in ceremony to activate its purpose. This tool will support you in tracking, diagnostics and the alchemization of energetic bindings.

This work is both a process of liberation and initiation, deepening our awareness of the unseen forces that shape our lives. Just as we inherit strengths and blessings, we also inherit wounds and limitations. By consciously engaging with these patterns, we reclaim our sovereignty and step into a more intentional way of being.

Megan Sophia
Medical herbalist, multidimensional healer, educator, and founder of Earth Light Mystery School and Ancient Origins Medicinals.
Megan is a multidimensional energy healer, medical herbalist, ceremonialist, and educator with over two decades of experience working in the subtle and non-ordinary dimensions of healing. She is known for her steady presence, precise discernment, and trauma-informed approach to complex energetic and psychological processes.
Her work in curse unwinding grew from years of direct client practice, where she observed that some persistent patterns and symptoms were not rooted in personal history alone, but in thought forms, inherited burdens, relational entanglements, or intentional energetic distortions within the field. Through careful observation and thousands of case studies, she developed practical diagnostic methods for identifying these influences and clear protocols for unwinding interference and restoring the energy body to coherence.
Her training includes long-term apprenticeship in advanced shamanic arts with Haida Medicine Man, Nungkaathgaa Douglas Wilson and advanced studies in compassionate depossession and curse unraveling with Betsy Bergstrom and Johannes Björn Gårdbäck.
Today, Megan is the founder of Ancient Origins Medicinals and Earth Light Mystery School, where she trains practitioners to assess, unwind, and clear curses and energetic interference while remaining embodied, ethical, and sovereign.

This is an in-person, introductory training held in the Cowichan Valley.

Is 1:1 mentorship available?
Participants will have the option to book one-on-one mentorship sessions with Megan immediately following the training.
These sessions are designed to support deeper integration of the material, review case studies, and refine assessment, pacing, and protocol selection as the work is applied in real-world settings. Mentorship offers a space to ask questions, receive feedback, and strengthen practitioner clarity and confidence.
Mentorship sessions are offered specifically for training participants. Ongoing session availability outside of this container is otherwise fully booked, making this an important opportunity for continued support as you integrate Level II work into your practice.
